Rebux

Privacy Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

Rebux (the “Service”) is operated by Identrio Inc., a New Jersey corporation (“Identrio”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your choices are. It applies to landlords who hold an account and to tenants who text a maintenance line that runs on the Service.

1. What we collect

From landlords. Your mobile number (used to sign in), your email address (reports go there), the addresses, labels and notes of the units you add, the texts you send through the maintenance line, and your subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

From tenants. Your mobile number, the content of your texts, photos or videos you upload through a link we text you, and details you give during a request such as your name, when you are available, and whether we may enter if you are out.

Automatically. Server logs with timestamps, phone numbers, message identifiers and the IP address of the device that opens a photo upload link. We use these to run and secure the Service. The dashboard keeps you signed in with a token stored in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers, and we do not collect precise location.

2. How we use it

Automated processing. Texts sent to a maintenance line are read by automated language models that run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. They decide what to ask next, how urgent the problem is, and what the report says. A person, the landlord, reads every report and decides what happens. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Improving the Service and training models. We use the text of messages sent to and from a maintenance line to improve the Service, including to train, test and evaluate the models it uses, for as long as we keep those messages (see section 5). Our model providers do not use this data to train their own models. We do not use photos or videos for training.

3. Text messaging

Landlords agree to receive sign-in codes and alerts by text when they create an account. A landlord may add a tenant's mobile number only with the tenant's permission. We then send that number one invitation text. Nothing more is sent until the tenant replies CONFIRM. A tenant can also connect by texting the line with their unit code. The first reply after connecting confirms it and explains how to opt out.

Message frequency varies with the activity on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from the line, and HELP for help. After STOP we will not text that number again unless you text the line to reconnect.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. How long we keep it

Text messages, meaning the text of every message to and from a maintenance line and the conversation history the automated models use, are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. This applies to tenant texts, landlord replies and the line's own texts, and to their use for training described in section 2. After 90 days the message log no longer appears in the dashboard.

Reports, request summaries and photos stay as long as the landlord's account is active, because they are the maintenance record for the unit. When a landlord deletes a unit or closes the account, we delete the related data within 30 days, except what we must keep for billing, security or legal reasons. Photo upload links expire 24 hours after we text them.

6. How we protect it

Each landlord's data is kept separate from every other landlord's, and that separation is enforced by access controls at the infrastructure level, not only by our application code. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photo upload links are single-use and short-lived. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your choices

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has texted a maintenance line, contact us and we will delete the information.

9. Changes

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For material changes we notify landlords by email or text before the change takes effect.
